TIME VS. ARCHITECTURE SERIES ©2023-PRESENT
In my series “Time vs. Architecture” I try to create a surreal landscape where the viewer is immersed in a world where humanity is only present through the decomposing artifacts of its civilization. I create lonely, liminal spaces meant to instill uneasiness and a sense of mortality in the viewer. The landscapes are undefined in the timeline of history, lying somewhere between antiquity and the distant future which allows the viewer to contemplate their own tiny history in the timeline of the universe. This series is a metaphor for the current times we are living in.
