At the 2019 AHBA Fall Awards Gala, the Erckmann Home designed by Retro+Fit Design and built by Milestone Contracting won the Gold Craftsmanship Award for it’s price category, the Green Certification Award, and the AHBA Motto Award.

Retro+Fit Design wins 2019 PACE Award /
On Thursday 10/17/19 at the AHBA Fall Awards Gala, Retro+Fit Design won the PACE award for best single family home design of a house over 4500 s.f.. The award was won for the stunning design of the Sennett Home in the Reynolds Mt. community which won best in show at the 2018 Parade of Homes as well.
2016 PACE Award /
Retro+Fit Design won the 2016 PACE Award for best home design for a custom home over $1 million for Ciel 10.
2016 Parade of Homes Best in Show Award /
The custom home on lot 18 at Falcon Ridge won the Best In Show award at the 2016 Parade of Homes. The home was designed by Retro+Fit Design, built by Osada Construction, and Interior Design by Allard & Roberts.
2016 Grand ARDA Award /
Retro+Fit Design won the Grand ARDA (American Residential Design Awards) for the design of Ciel 10. This award is presented by the American Institute of Building Designers (AIBD). The home was built by Bellwether Design-Build with interior design by Allard & Roberts.
