Retro+Fit Design won the Grand ARDA (American Residential Design Awards) for the design of Ciel 10. This award is presented by the American Institute of Building Designers (AIBD). The home was built by Bellwether Design-Build with interior design by Allard & Roberts.

May 2016 - Retro+fit Design won the Gold Nugget Award of Merit from the Pacific Coast Building Conference for the design of Ciel Lot 10 in the category Best Custom Home 4000-8000 s.f.

October 2014 - The custom home at Lot 24 in Versant designed by Retro+Fit Design and built by Red Tree Builders won the Parade of Homes Gold Award for it’s price category, the innovation award and the Energy Star Award.
October 2014 - The semi-custom home designed for Lot 24 in Thoms Estates designed by Retro+Fit Design and built by Living Stone Construction won the Parade of Homes Silver Award for it’s price catagory, the Green Certification award and the Viewer Choice award.
October 2014 - The custom spec home at Lot 5 in Falcon Ridge, designed by Retro+Fit Design and built by Osada Construction won the Silver Award at the Parade of Homes for it’s price category.
